Mission Possible: State Progress Controlling Runoff Under the Coastal Nonpoint Pollution Control Program. Through five case studies this publication shows both the solutions that states are finding as well as the barriers they are confronting in their attempts to control runoff. Cost: $20.

Muddy Waters: The Toxic Wasteland Below America’s Oceans, Coasts, Rivers and Lakes. This report provides detailed information on the problems caused by contaminated sediments and the solutions to them. Cost: $25.

Pointless Pollution: Preventing Polluted Runoff and Protecting America’s Coasts. Provides a national perspective on America’s number one cause of water quality problems, along with examples of on-the-ground solutions. State-by-state summaries give insight into coastal economies as well as the status of efforts to address runoff. Cost: $20.
