Sign On to Help by Wednesday the 27th to Help Lake Erie

Posted on May 20, 2015 by

We have an important opportunity toward winning the fight for a healthy Lake Erie.

Report after report by leading university researchers and government agencies show that the science is clear: dissolved phosphorus from agricultural runoff is driving the resurgence of harmful algal blooms. On June 12th the Great Lakes governors and premiers will be attending a summit. Will your group sign onto this letter, asking the governors and premiers to commit to at least a 40 percent reduction in phosphorus at this summit?

Sign on by emailing Cheryl at Cheryl@freshwaterfuture.org no later than noon on Wednesday, May 27th.
