Make History on December 2 – #GivingTuesday!

Posted on December 1, 2014 by

Mark your calendars for #GivingTuesday: December 2, 2014!

Kick off the giving season with us this #GivingTuesday to help Freshwater Future ensure a healthy future for the waters in the Great Lakes region.

All of us in the Great Lakes region depend on these waters, and in turn this precious resource depends on us to take care of it.  Supporting Freshwater Future on #GivingTuesday will ensure that through programs that:

  • Provide drinking water testing near hydraulic fracking wells,
  • Phase out toxic coal tar sealcoats on driveways and parking lots, and
  • Keep invasive Asian carp out of the Great Lakes.

And with an exciting board match this year, each donation this season will be matched, dollar for dollar, up to $2000!

Be a part of the international #GivingTuesday movement by making a donation on December 2, or by making one today.
