Volunteer to Help with the
Great Lakes Walk, Paddle, and Roll
Thank you for your interest in protecting an international treasure--the magnificent waters in the Great Lakes region. There are a variety of ways you can participate and help with the Great Lakes Walk, Paddle, and Roll.

Create Your Own Great Lakes Walk, Paddle, and Roll Event
Are you looking for an easy fundraising event to bring in some extra money for your project, but don't have a lot of time to dedicate to organizing a big event? Why not join Freshwater Future in our Great Lakes Walk, Paddle, and Roll. There is still time to get organize a team to help raise funds for your cause and to help Freshwater Future's efforts to support community groups working to protect the lakes, rivers, and wetlands throughout our spectacular Great Lakes region.
You can choose the type of activity/event you want to sponsor.
- Grab your canoe or kayak and paddle on your waterway
- Oil those gears on your bike and pedal on a scenic route
- Grab a friend and go for a very, long walk
- Get outside to enjoy the beautiful natural resources and raise money to protect our waters
Participants in last year's event raised an average of $700 per person! Don't miss out on this great opportunity to raise funds for your group and help other groups that are working hard to protect the Great Lakes.
